Cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.

Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretariat. Cancellations: Cancellation charges will be, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 75 days to the conference, less a $149 towards administrative fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 60 days to the conference. No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the conference.

The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time. In this case if the applicant is author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.

Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In that case, payments made towards registration and/or lodging will be refunded. Organizer will have no further liability to the client. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.

If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
